Intensive Mat PlusTM (IMP) Level 1 Mat Course
Dates: Feb 14, 15, 28, March 1, 14, 15, 28, 29
Time: Saturday & Sunday 12 – 5:30pm
Price: $1595
Conducted over 4 weekends. Intensive Mat Plus is 40 hours of in-person training that teaches you to design and lead the Level 1 Essential and Intermediate STOTT PILATES Matwork repertoire, for personal or group training settings for a range of clients. You will leave with a solid foundation and required skills to develop effective and motivating Pilates Matwork programs. You will learn the basic principles, essential, intermediate and power workouts. In addition to learning verbal cueing and imagery for client motivation, you will learn theory and practice of postural analysis. This course teaches you 63 exercises plus modifications for specific body types, postural issues and conditions. You will learn how to incorporate equipment to support or intensify exercises.
Intensive Reformer (IR) Level 1 Reformer Course
Dates Starting April: April 18, 19, May 2, 3, 16, 17, 30, 31, June 13, 14
Dates Starting September: Sept 26, 27, Oct 10, 11, 24, 25, Nov 7, 8, 21, 22
Time: Saturday & Sunday 12 – 5:30pm

Conducted over 5 weekends, Intensive Reformer is 50 hours of in-person training teaches you to design and lead the Level 1 Essential and Intermediate STOTT PILATES® Reformer repertoire for personal or group training settings for a range of clients. You will leave with a solid foundation and required skills to develop effective and motivating Pilates Reformer programs. You will learn the basic principles, essential, intermediate and power workouts. In addition to learning verbal cueing and imagery for client motivation, you will learn theory and practice of postural analysis. This course teaches you 139 exercises plus modifications for specific body types, postural issues and conditions. You will learn how to incorporate equipment to support or intensify exercises. You will leave with a solid foundation for effective use of the reformer to enhance torso stability and strength, peripheral extremity conditioning, joint stability, flexibility, balance and coordination.
Intensive Cadillac (ICAD) Level 1 Cadillac Course

Conducted over 2 weekends, Intensive Cadillac is 25 hours of in-person training. You will learn 125 exercises on the Cadillac Trapeze Table, including the use of the Tower on the Reformer. This course will train you to observe and experience a variety of exercises utilizing the Cadillac’s features including the Roll-Down Bar, Push-Thru Bar, Trapeze, Leg and Arm Springs. You will gain a better understanding of the goals of each exercise, biomechanics and alignment, as well as cueing and correcting for safety and effectiveness. Building on your industry knowledge and the material learned in IMP or IR you learn to design and lead the Level 1 Essential and Intermediate STOTT PILATES Cadillac repertoire for personal or group training settings for a range of clients.

Intensive Chair (ICHR) Level 1 Chair Course

Conducted over three days, Intensive Chair is a 15 hour in-person training that builds on your industry knowledge and the material learned in IMP or IR. You will learn to design and lead the Level 1 Essential and Intermediate STOTT PILATES Stability Chair repertoire for personal or group training settings for a range of clients. Functional exercises to develop core strength against spring resistance in a variety of positions, including standing, sitting, prone and side-lying. Learn how the split-pedal option transforms exercises by challenging bilateral, unilateral and reciprocal strength and stability.

Intensive Barrels (IBRL) Level 1 Barrels Course

Conducted over 2 days, the Intensive Barrels Course is 10 hours of in-person training and builds on the material learned in IMP or IR to prepare you to design and lead the Level 1 (Essential and Intermediate) Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Arc Barrel exercises for personal or group training settings.

Advanced Mat (AM) Level 2 Mat Course
Date: July 18
Time: Saturday ONE DAY ONLY 11am – 6pm
Price: $400
This in-person six-hour course held over one-day, progresses Matwork to more advanced material, providing further options and challenges on the mat for highly conditioned clients. Exercises require a high degree of strength, balance and coordination. You will learn 13 new exercises, muscular initiation and sequences of advanced level exercises.

Advanced Reformer (AR) Level 2 Reformer Course

This in-person 18-hour course held over three days, progresses Essential and Intermediate Reformer training introducing advanced exercises designed to challenge strength, flexibility, stability, endurance, and coordination. Exercises require a high degree of strength and coordination. You will learn 70 new Reformer exercises, muscular initiation and sequences of advanced level exercises.

Advanced Cadillac Chair Barrels (ACCB) Level 2

Continuing on essential and intermediate work on the Cadillac, this 6-hour course takes place over one day. You will learn 28 advanced Cadillac exercises, plus modifications for highly conditioned clients.

Advanced Stability Chair (ACHR) Level 2 Chair Course Work

Continuing on essential and intermediate work on the Stability Chair, this 3-hour course takes place over one day. You will learn 14 advanced Chair exercises, plus modifications for highly conditioned clients.

Continuing on essential and intermediate work on the Stability Chair, this 3-hour course takes place over one day. You will learn 14 advanced Barrel exercises using the Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and arc barrel, plus modifications for highly conditioned clients.

Injuries and Special Populations (ISP)

This course is a 24-hour in person course, usually conducted over 4 days. You will learn the Pilates Instructor’s role within the rehabilitation spectrum, focusing on prevention and post-rehab. In addition, this course will cover industry screening standards for safe programming and biomechanics of movement, including optimal and dysfunctional patterns. This course will cover understanding injuries and special conditions in the spine, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle, and wrist and will teach modifications and programming for pregnancy and osteoporosis. Adaptations will be taught for Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels.
- Learn how to modify Pilates exercises for clients with injuries and special conditions.
- Gain anatomy & biomechanical knowledge with a focus on injury prevention, accommodation and post-rehabilitation.
