Meet Your Trainers

Our trainers have worked as dancers, figure skaters, personal trainers, group fitness instructors, and STOTT PILATES® trainers.  We’ve been at this awhile and we have pooled our talent to deliver the Pilates Method as it is intended.  We do contemporary Pilates repertoire, but also work to integrate the Pilates Method into strength, cardio, and fascial release techniques to increase spinal stability and mobility, muscle lengthening, strengthening, and balance.
