The Solution for a Successful Resolution? Pilates!

New Year’s Resolutions are promises or goals you set for self-improvement.  Roughly 90% of people will not follow through on a New Year’s Resolution.  For resolution follow-through you can focus on daily habits, start small, be realistic, have someone join you, and reward yourself for small accomplishments.

It is easy to say, but sometimes hard to do. Pilates Loft in Mendota Heights has your solution for a successful resolution. Pilates is a great resolution because it isn’t a quick fix answer.  It is a long term approach to improve posture, reduce pain, and get a stronger framework so everything else you do is better. Our studio is fun and inviting, and has five certified STOTT® PILATES trainers with personal training and group fitness backgrounds.  We want you to love it here and we do our best to make sure that you do!

This is three one-on-one sessions that help you understand the six basic principles and how to utilize them when executing the Pilates Repertoire. This supports more than just doing fitness, but actually getting the benefit from doing Pilates. Complete your starter in one week and we have a small reward for you!

What do I do next?

If you’re ready for classes, commit to our smallest membership 8x a month (or more if you want).  Plan on two to three times per week for three months. The time commitment is less than 1% of your time, giving you balance in your life.
