Located in the Village at Mendota Heights, The Pilates Loft is independently owned and operated. We offer small group classes in Pilates reformer, strength training, barre, cardio, and fascial release. With class sizes limited to 6-8, we emphasize form with a personal approach giving you the best results you can get.
